The Marina Colombo first threw open the doors of its architect-designed four-storey entertainment centre to welcome international players and distinguished members in March 2013.

Located on a prestigious site overlooking the ocean, accessed from Marine Drive, the city’s newly opened main thoroughfare, the Marina Colombo has the most modern facilities ever seen in Sri Lanka.

Uniformed valets greet guests and park their cars in the Marina Colombo’s own car park adjoining the building. A uniformed doorman welcomes guests and ushers them into the main lobby where Guest Relations staff are on duty 24-hours a day to assist patrons.   The main entertainment hall, the size of a ballroom, is on the ground floor with thick pile carpets, constant music, and an atmosphere of sheer hospitality. Friendly stewards are on hand to take beverage orders, and our Guest Relations staff will escort patrons to the tables where duty inspectors ensure good gaming. There is a self-service restaurant with meals appropriate to the time of day, a bar where mixologists prepare mocktails and cocktails on demand, a stage for live performances, a currency exchange, and toilets that are permanently staffed for complete cleanliness.

The gallery around the main hall is reserved for private gaming and for the extensive range of high-yielding slot machines. There are facilities exclusively for high rollers on dedicated floors of the four-storey building, a special floor for package holiday players from abroad, and a top floor gaming lounge with royal treatment reserved only for VIPs.
