The exterior of the casino was designed to inspire visions of the long-ago fishing scaffolds of the historic Celilo Falls. Indian Head Casino is located in Warm Springs on Hwy 26 across from the Museum. It is owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, represented by the Warm Springs, Wasco and Paiute tribes.
